Catering
Out or Catering In?
|
First thing
to decide when you're going to cater a get-together, is whether
you want to entertain people in your space or ours. We have
excellent and beautiful facilities,
and would enjoy playing host for your guests and you. Please
be sure to investigate our page addressing the opportunity to
entertain on the Mezzanine. One
of the most powerful things about lettings us host, is who cleans
up everything... we do!
Should
you decide that you wish to cater in your home, office or other
facility, there are numerous things to consider that we outline
below. Print out this page to help you work through a check
list, and then when you call us, you're ready with many of the
details we need to know to do our best job for you.

What
to Serve?
|
Our chefs
can create a menu that you and your guest will love. We have
many food options to choose from, and remember, if you don't
see what you want, just ask! We will be happy to make what ever
you desire. We can even prepare a recipe that you give us.
Just look
over our menu, then give our catering department a call. If
you give us an idea of what you would like, plus a budget if
you have one, we can prepare an estimate for you. We can do
this all over the phone, email, or we can set up a meeting.

Placing
an Order

the hours of 9:00 - 5:00. We can either set up a time
for an appointment, or we may be able to plan everything
over the phone or email.

delivery hours are between 6am and 6pm. Delivery before or
after hours may incur an extra charge.

Servers
& Bartenders
|
Servers -
They will help set up, serve, refill food, and clean up. Our charge
is 19% gratuity of total order on full catering orders. For small
or partial catering orders the servers are $25.00 per hour with
time starting at loading of order, and time ending with clean
up at The Cottage.
Bartenders - we charge $25.00 per person per hour.

Equipment
Charges
| All hors
d’oeuvres and appetizers come boxed or on disposable trays
unless otherwise specified. All entrees and side dishes come in
disposable pans unless specified. We have rental equipment available
or you can bring in your own dishes. Our equipment must be returned
back to us clean, the following day. If you need equipment picked
up, the charge is the same as the delivery fee. |
