Placing an Order
for Lunch or Supper

1. Email - If you know what you need, and you don't need any help, simply email your order to us at sales@cottagebakerycafe.com. We'll follow-up with a confirmation email. If you don't receive a return email, please call and place your order over the phone.
2. Phone Response - We'll probably call you with questions, or verifications of orders. Be sure to leave your phone number in email!
   
3. Lunch-time orders While we may be able to accomodate same day deliveries, we would prefer that you order at least 24-48 hours in advance.
4. Delivery Orders - There is a $7.00 delivery charge on all local deliveries, a $10.00 - 20.00 fee for surrounding towns, $30.00 for Cedar Rapids and $40.00 for Amana & Williamsburg Catering Delivery hours - 6am to 6pm. (Delivery before or after hours may incur an extra charge)
5. Catering - Stop in or call (319-358-5533) our Catering Department from 9:00 - 5:00, M-F, for an appointment, or we can plan over the phone.
   
6. Items to consider:
   • how many people will be served?
   • what is the budget, per person or for the entire menu?
   • how long with the party last?
   • is there any certain age group attending?
   • what time will people begin eating?
   • how long will the party last?
   • is it formal or casual?
   • is there a theme
     
7. Information - Need the following information:
   
   • your name
   • phone and address
   • time of pickup or delivery
   • the address and phonefor delivered site
8. Payment -Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted. Payment preferred on pickup/delivery.
   Billing can be arranged. We also take U of Iowa ISO’s and City SOR’s.
9. Equipment - if you use equipment which must be returned, we ask that it be returned within 24 hours. We can also pick up the equipment. The charge is the same as the delivery charge.
